1. What age groups does your preschool serve?
We welcome children aged 1 to 5 years old, providing a nurturing environment for toddlers and preschoolers including VPK.
2. What is the teacher-to-child ratio?
Our classes maintain a low teacher-to-child ratio. 1yr old’s are 1:6 2yr old’s are 1:9; 3yr old’s are 1:10 and 4/5 yr old’s are 1:11
3. What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
4. What is your curriculum like?
Our curriculum is Highscope which includes a academic and play-based learning, focusing on social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.
5. Do you provide meals and snacks?
Parents send lunch daily in a lunchbox. Food can be heated in a microwave for 20 seconds by the teachers. Pizza lunch is offered on Friday’s for $4.00 and it includes pizza and 2 sides. Snacks is offered twice a day. Snacks are sent once a month by each family for 40 children and we provide the rest.

7. Are parents involved in the preschool community?
Absolutely! We encourage parent involvement through regular communication and we have an open door policy.
8. What safety measures do you have in place?
The safety of our children is our top priority. We have secure entry systems, regular safety drills, and staff trained in first aid and CPR.
9. Do you offer financial assistance or scholarships?
Financial assistance and scholarships are based on need and offered through The Early Coalition. We are happy to give you more information on this!

11. What should my child bring on their first day?
Your child should bring a lunch, change of clothes, a water bottle or sippy cup, a crib sheet and small blanket and any comfort item they may need.
12. How do you communicate with parents?
We keep parents informed through our classroom app Brightwheel. It’s like Facebook for preschool! You will get pictures and updates throughout the day and you can message the teachers directly.
